Applies to all scheduled home games and practices.
Coaches you are the first line of defense when it comes to inclement weather. If the field is wet and you judge it unsafe to play, the game\practice should be canceled. If there is standing water on the field, the game\practice should be canceled. In the case you are uncomfortable making that judgment, please called the Regional Commissioner.
If an inter-regional scheduled game is cancelled, you should call the coach whom you are to be playing against as early as possible. If you have an 11:00 am game, please call them by 8:00 am so that they can make arrangements not to travel.
Rescheduling of games can be arranged by the individual coaches and the referee administrator.
